Scholarships 4 Us® is the Legislative-Compliance enterprise for potential collegiate athletes and students. We provide students a national standardized platform to accumulate Prize Money in our Accredited Events and Exclusive Rights of Use for youth organizations to manage the events. When an eligible student enrolls the person becomes a participant in The Scholarships 4 Us® Program and establishes what is known as their ESA or Earning and Savings Account that is assigned to an Enrollment ID. In every event, Students-Participants will accrue savings and have the opportunity to accumulate Prize Funds funded with Prize Money based on Place Finish. The Prize Funds funded with Prize Money shall be managed within The Trust of Scholarships 4 Us® which is maintained using the S4Us.portal™.

Scholarships 4 Us® is not a nonprofit scholarship provider that manages and disburses donor and sponsor contributions. We are a for profit third-party enterprise that manages Prize Funds funded with Prize Money under Scholarships 4 Us®: The Rule of Amateurism™ with the intended purpose for the funds to be disbursed as a Scholarship Award. Former Student-Participants are entitled to request their accumulated Prize Funds funded with Prize Money as either Prize Money (taxable income) or as Scholarship Award (non-taxable income).   

 

Usage of The Scholarships 4 Us® Program protects potential collegiate athletes’ eligibility standards set forth by the NCAA®, NAIA®, NJCAA®, and NACE®. Scholarships 4 Us® has no affiliation with the NCAA®, NAIA®, NJCAA®, NACE®, or postsecondary educational institutions but may provide records regarding Student-Participants enrollment, participation, and disbursement request to ensure our commitment to being the Legislative-Compliance enterprise for potential collegiate athletes and students.
